As I work on the texts and content for the website, preparing it for publication, my mind is constantly racing, thoughts attacking me like Hitchcock’s birds. One moment, it seems that all of this is worth the effort and attention, while the next, I am consumed by doubts, fears, and insecurity.
I imagine friends and colleagues puzzled, unable to understand why I’ve given this so much focus, and I realize that, in truth, I don’t fully understand it myself—why I’m doing this or for whom. But then, somehow, a moment of motivation appears, fragile as a spider’s thread, connecting with the previous one—just when I think I’ve given up, I keep going.
Days pass, one after another, and I become aware of how quickly they slip away. But I also understand that I am simply doing what I must, and that there is no other way.
